Capozzi Dental has some of the most talented and highly trained hygienists and EFDAs in the area, they’re here to help make sure your teeth are healthy and bright!


Joy – Hygienist

Joy has been a hygienist for over 10 years. Her passion for dentistry is felt with every patient she sees. She enjoys helping her patients better understand their oral health and help them continue good preventative maintenance. She prioritizes helping patients smiles last a lifetime by using the correct tools and educational facts. Outside of the office Joy loves music, naps and trying new & exotic foods!

Claudette- Hygienist

Claudette is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She went to Williamsport Area Community College and has been in the dental field for 38 years. Claudette enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, meeting new people, and caring for their oral/overall health. She wanted to do something hands-on so the dental field sparked her interest. Claudette has one daughter and enjoys antiquing, kayaking, and spending time with family in her free time.

Ashley- EFDA

Ashley is one of our talented Expanded Function Dental Assistants. She’s from Lititz, PA, and attended York Technical Institute. Ashley has been in the dental field for 4 years and loves helping people and working in a small community where she can really get to know the patients. In her free time, she likes to go hiking with her two dogs, Cora and Yori, and spend time with family and friends.

Kearstyn- EFDA

Kearstyn is an Expanded Function Dental Assistant here at Capozzi Dental. She was born and raised in Dover, PA and attended Dover Area High School before going on to Harrisburg Area Community College. She has now been in the dental field for 5 years and her favorite part of the job is talking with patients, meeting new people every day, and showing people that being at the dentist isn’t as scary as most people think! 

Kearstyn says she always had an interest in dentistry since she was in high school and wanted to help people feel better about their smiles and educate them on why oral health is so important. In her free time, she likes going on vacations to the beach, kayaking, and hiking. Kearstyn and her boyfriend have been together for 7 years and have a 15-year-old Bichon Yorkie named Lily.
